1. Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms govern access to and use of the Betforward online gambling platform (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not register or use the Service.
2. Eligibility and Authorized Players
You must meet applicable minimum age and capacity requirements in your jurisdiction to participate in online gambling. Betforward reserves the right to verify identity and age and to restrict access where required by law or policy. Access may be suspended or terminated for non compliance, fraud, or other unlawful activity.
3. Changes to Terms
Betforward may amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by other reasonable means. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you object to material changes, you must stop using the Service.
4. Account Registration, Verification and Security
To open an account, you must provide accurate information and complete verification as requested. Activation may require an email confirmation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your account. You must promptly notify Betforward of any unauthorized use. Betforward may suspend or terminate accounts suspected of misuse or breach of security, including multiple accounts.
5. Data Protection and Privacy
Betforward processes personal data in accordance with its privacy practices. Personal data may be shared with payment processors and service providers to enable the Services. Betforward will implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data and will handle data consistent with applicable law.
6. Use of the Service; Prohibited Conduct
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Prohibited conduct includes fraud, collusion, exploitation of software flaws, attempting to gain unauthorized access, or any activity that could harm Betforward or other users. Betforward may suspend or terminate access and withhold winnings or funds where such conduct is detected. You warrant that funds used to participate are legally obtained and belong to you. You are responsible for tax and reporting obligations arising from winnings under applicable law.
7. Funds, Deposits, Withdrawals and Currencies
Deposits and withdrawals are subject to verification processes and applicable limits. Betforward supports the currencies published in the Service. Deposits must be made to the designated accounts for each currency; cross‑currency transfers or transfers to non designated addresses may be rejected and could result in loss of funds. There may be fees, processing times, and restrictions associated with deposits and withdrawals, which will be disclosed on the deposit or withdrawal pages. Currency conversion is not offered for gameplay unless explicitly described; winnings are paid in the currency of the relevant account balance after verification.
8. Promotions, Bonuses and Rewards
Promotions and bonus offers are governed by separate terms published with each offer. Betforward reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate promotions at its discretion. Abuse, manipulation, or non‑compliance with the applicable promotion terms may result in forfeiture of bonuses and related winnings and account restriction.
9. Risk Disclosure and Liability
Gambling carries the risk of loss. The Service is provided on an as‑is basis. Betforward does not warrant uninterrupted access or error‑free operation and disclaims indirect or consequential damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. Betforward’s aggregate liability to you for any loss arising out of use of the Service is limited to the value of the funds in your Betforward account at the time the claim arises, to the extent permitted by applicable law. You agree to indemnify Betforward and its officers, employees and affiliates from any claims arising from your use of the Service.
10. Intellectual Property and Software
All content, software and materials available through the Service are owned by Betforward or licensed to Betforward. You are granted a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the Service for personal, non‑commercial gambling purposes. You may not reproduce, reverse engineer, decompile, modify or create derivative works of the Service except as expressly permitted. Betforward may terminate this license at any time for breach of these Terms.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and the relationship between you and Betforward are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Betforward operates. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the appropriate courts or, where permitted, through binding arbitration in the applicable jurisdiction, under the rules of the chosen forum. If you reside in a jurisdiction where such proceedings are not available, you agree to exclusive venue in the courts with competent jurisdiction for Betforward.
12. Suspension, Termination and Account Closure
Betforward may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, or regulatory non‑compliance. Upon termination, any remaining verified funds may be withdrawn in accordance with prevailing withdrawal policies, subject to ongoing verification. Betforward may retain or withhold funds where required by law or to cover outstanding liabilities or charges.
13. Miscellaneous
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Betforward and supersede all prior agreements relating to the Service. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force. Betforward may assign its rights under these Terms. Notices shall be delivered in writing to the contact details associated with your account. The failure of Betforward to enforce any provision shall not be construed as a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
